After working in spas and chiropractic offices in TN then teaching Medical Massage in KY Stephanie moved to St Petersburg in 2020. Stephanie addresses the body as a whole to help you with your chronic pain and leave your muscles relaxed and rejuvenated.

She has been a massage therapist since 2005 and loves helping people feel better. Her specialty is deep tissue and triggerpoint therapy, lymphatic drainage and sports therapy.

Stephanie did great with the therapeutic massage she gave me. The pressure was perfect and I could just feel the muscles releasing. I am a chiropractor and would recommend Stephanie and Salt and Sage to any of my patients.

Stephanie knows how to find the spots that are bothering you and really work out the knots! She gives an amazing massage and really cares that she's doing what you want. The only part I don't like is when I have to get off the table and leave!
